- To attend the conference you need to be fully vaccinated against Covid, recently recovered (positive test, minimum 28 days and maximum 90 days old), or have a negative lateral flow or PCR test, not older than 24 hours. Even if you can produce this evidence, if you have Covid symptoms or have been in contact with the virus, we kindly ask you to take a test before coming to Bonn, so that we can ensure a safe conference for everybody.
- There is the possibility of taking an official, free lateral flow (rapid) test in Bonn. To take this so-called Bürgertest you must book a slot at an appropriate test site. There are several in Bonn and relatively close to the Mathematical Institute, but some are not open on Sunday. Please get in touch with the organisers as soon as possible if you would like some help with getting tested.
- In most buildings in Bonn, in particular at the Mathematical Institute, you need to wear a mask. The mask should be an FFP2/N95 or surgical mask. Whilst in the conference room, all participants will have to wear such a mask, except for the speaker. In general, the mask can be briefly taken off for drinking or eating, but note that it is not allowed to bring food or beverages into the conference room. Other safety measures will include regularly ventilating the room, fixed seating, and others.
- The same rules as for attending the conference in the first item are applicable for attending the lunch/coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
- Please contact the organisers if you have any questions.
